If anyone who is attending the IDAL convention has not made room reservations, make sure you do it by Friday! The rate will be going up at least $40 per night. Make sure you mention that you are part of the IDAL room block. If you do it online, the code is "IDA" to get the special $129 rate.
As this is an Embassy Suites, ALL of the rooms are large suites with refrigerators and microwaves. Full breakfast and Manager's Reception is included daily with your "passport" Embassy Suites ID. If you're not sure whether or not you're going, I suggest you make your reservation now anyway. You can always cancel up to 72 hours prior to arrival without any penalty.
