Call for entries to be in Gary Lord's newest book

I wish to thank everyone who submitted their work for this project. We had over 150 people submit ideas with over 500 different projects. WOW a lot of talent out there which is great. We will be only selecting 25 artist to be in the book. We will be also having a gallery of work from those artist and others in a DVD that will come with the book. This DVD will also have video demonstrations of different projects than found in the book.

Now the hard work begins for my editors and myself selecting the right projects for the book. It will not be an easy task because of all the wonderful projects submitted. I wish we could include everyone because that is what this book is about, to showcase individuals artistic talents. But it is not possible to do that. I wish for everyone that entered good luck, but most of all thank you for putting out the effort to be in the book.

After 4 months and looking at over 500 different projects my editors and I have made our selections for who we would ask to be in the book and the accompanying DVD. As you can imagine the wealth of talent was staggering and very humbling. We went through everyone's submissions multiple times and gradually came down to the artist that were finally selected. If you submitted a project you should have received an e-mail from me if you were selected to be in the book or the DVD.

I want to thank everyone who submitted their work for this book. I wish we could have had more space in the book and the DVD because there is certainly enough talent out there to fill up many more.
