I wanted to post this link to a photo gallery with some pics from our recently completed courses with master painter Marco Cavallini. I though every minute with him was truly enriching. I was honoured to have him teach at my studio

oh my, Alison! thankyou, thank you for these pics! One of these days I am going to be in one of your classes! The closest I will get this year is to stop by one morning when Kathy Van Gogh is at your class in September.

I am working on some sgraffito samples at home right now, and can see that I definitely need a class. Wink

Thanks everybody. The amazing thing is that two students with no previous experience did that wall in 2.5 days!

Yes, I have to take my hat off the Marco Cavallini. He is an excellent teacher I guess he could be considered one of the riches Florence has to offer. he is well known around here, and now I understand why. He has many years of professional and teaching experience, and he has his methods, systems and tools all figured out, but most importantly he observes his students and tries to give them exactly the info they will need before they even know that they need it.
