I bored with white and off-white ceiling. I may paint my house with light lemon color shade or any bright color. But I don't want to paint house ceiling with white or off-white. Give me ideas which color will suit for ceiling.
Thanks in Advance. _________________ Home Painting | Home Decoration |

Any complementary pastel works if you want the ceiling light, if you want it dark, any color will do. Pick a color from the floor, a piece of artwork, or a rug or furniture, or use the color wheel to find a complement (for yellow that would be violet), or something close to the violet, like blue, green or red. Each color will give you a different mood. Or, paint the ceiling one color and paint a border or medallion in another color.
You can also just go with a deeper yellow or gold.

You are lucky because you have smoother plaster for paint and doing some decoration. You can decorate your ceiling with decorative designs. If your ceiling is too high then paint it with darker shade than your wall color. It helps to create effect of bringing your ceiling down. _________________ Berger paints and home decoration |

| The designer for whom I work paints most ceilings 1/2 formula of the color used on the walls in that particular room. A winner every time. |
