Here are some shots of the project I'm doing for the first semester of my MFA. It's an installation made up of faux wall-panels, addressing the use of decorative painting and architectural forms in a fine arts context.

| The school I attend is the Columbus College of Art and Design in Columbus, Ohio. Decorative painting isn't actually part of the curriculum. The MFA program is interdisciplinary and project-based, so students are allowed to work in any medium they like. I do decorative painting because the space it occupies between architecture and fine art painting is interesting to me personally. |

I'm very happy to hear that. I appreciate your appreciation! When you are a famous architect or artist, think of all of us and throw some business our way.
In teh meantime, congrats on your display. Keep doing it! _________________ Kathy
